today i had a very very bad day... one of my hate things is  patients who come to see a doctor unexpectedly without  telling me  about the fact that they change their appointment. In addition if they lie to me or telling differently  to me and doctor, it was the worst case. 

And it happen to today, even if today i got a magic lucky item, it didn't worked..what the hell. On monday , in the morning , the start of the day of weeks, i skrewed my feelings..

But thanksfully, The doctor who was the most kindest and prettiest understoods me and  accpeted my apologize. 

but after that happened my minds went blank, so i bumped my car twice.. Luckily my car is cheap enough.. i also very grateful about it.

And actually in the moring while commuting to company, i decided to talk to myself in English.and i realized how many time i have to concentrated in studying speaking English,, the answer is a lot.. fighting to myself kk
